Week 4 by Aranis Samra

This week was great because the more time I spend with the kids, the more comfortable they become in seeking my assistance. I've gotten a lot better at taking command and getting their attention when I need it. This week, it was fascinating to observe the students and realize how much they had been influenced by online learning at home. Students were given Map tests this week, and the results were less than ideal. Many students are not performing at the level of their age group. Parents are not cooperating with their children's schoolwork at all, and children require a lot of one-on-one assistance. Subjects that normally take 45 minutes, such as mathematics and reading, are taking longer because students are having difficulty applying concepts independently.

My objectives for the coming week are to search for methods to execute my lessons in such a manner that they comprehend the ideas by seeing how others do so. I'm also going to approach those who need additional help, with my MT's consent, of course. I believe that having the student in a one-on-one setting is more beneficial in terms of math. Overall, another fantastic day with the kids, and it's always so rewarding to hear their tales.
